Whyte Ave. has a ton of cool attractions such as restaurants, bars, tattoo parlours, theatres and pretty much anything else you can think of; We explored 'behind the scenes' and discovered some pretty sweet sights worth sharing with the world.

“Fill your life with adventures, not things. Have stories to tell, not things to show."
Graffiti gives me life
Getting active doesn't necessarily always have to be gym related. Sometimes it just means to go for a stroll on a Sunday to discover some hidden gems that this city has to offer. Although I love killing a workout with my buddies pretty much anytime and any type of exercise, I do occasionally take breaks when needed and I find that adventuring is the best way to keep myself active and enjoying myself while not in the gym. Sundays are usually my days where I get to do some meal prepping and catching up on my homework/laundry/groceries. With that being said, I need some time to myself to 'relax' and just enjoy life and live in the moment. Being able to get outside and breathe in the fresh (and very cold) air is something I will never take for granted and I try to give myself time at least once a week to just enjoy it. This picture of some graffiti was one of my favourite days with one of my favourite people. It was my favourite because we drove around the city in search of graffiti and we found just that. In roder to find this we got lost too many times to count, but had such a refreshing time in the process. We sang (with our terrible voices I might add) to our favourite songs, we got honked at for no reason, and we watched the sunset together, so I think you can understand why it was such a perfect day. Going back to the reasoning behind our adventure on this day is because graffiti is something that has always intrigued me. The art of someone expressing their emotions in such a spontaneous and big way is incredible to me (although some people hate it I honestly could see a cool one on the side of a building and pull over to take photos no matter how much of a rush I'm in at that particular time). Sometimes slowing your life down and getting outside is what you need; Especially people who are in school or working full time. Life gets busy, but if I could recommend one thing, it would be setting aside time for YOU to slow down and enjoy your friends/families company doing something you love.
